Internet Harrassment

Because I am currently dealing with an internet stalker, I would like to share some advice on how to deal with internet harrassment. I came across an article (sorry can't remember who wrote it). It was a very enlightening and informative article that has helped me dealt with my situation.

Being harassed or stalked on the internet is no fun under any circumstances. But if you are being harassed, here are a few steps I am taking toward catching my internet stalker and putting them in jail where they belong.

Don’t suffer in silence: Whatever you do, don’t be silent about the harassment or stalking. Tell anyone and everyone who will listen: the police, a psychologist, religious advisors, counselors, trusted family and friends.  Stalkers may or may not be dangerous, and the more people who know what you are going through, the better. If you are suffering emotionally or fearing the stalker, all the more reason to get support.

Document everything: Write everything you know about your situation down in full detail and put it in file. Keep a log and make a copy of every communication or posting you suspect was initiated by your harasser/stalker, including usernames, website addresses, everything. Set up Google and other internet alerts that notify you when any new activity about you appears on the internet. No matter how insignificant the communication or posting, if you suspect harassment, log the URL address, make a printed copy of the site where it appeared and put it in the file. This will help you to show a pattern of harassment and intent to do harm, and you will need it when you prosecute.

Contact the police: Even if your case is difficult to prove (stalkers are often quite creative), take the information to your local police and file a report (you may be referred to the FBI depending on the circumstances). Even if there isn’t enough evidence to prosecute someone right away, you will have documented your concerns about the harassment, and if, god forbid, your situation should escalate there will be no question as to who would have a motive or vendetta against you. Filing a report will also let it be known in a court of law that you take your stalker seriously.

What my internet stalker doesn’t know, is that for every thrill they get thinking that they have gotten to me, they only confirm how badly I have gotten to them. They confirm their cowardice. In attempting to diminish me, they diminish themselves. Their destructive behavior consumes them, and every harassing comment I receive only proves to me what a damaged person they are; what sane person would focus their energies on harassing me instead of focusing on building a future that would be beneficial to them?

It is only a matter of time before I’ll be able to trace my harasser even if they use multiple computers or convince others to do their dirty work.

Weddings Galore!

With the exception of a few of my cousins including myself, we had civil marriages during our pregnancies. We all strongly believed we needed to be married before we brought our babies into this world of ours. All our other cousins had glittering and dazzling weddings.

We all are in our prime, in our middle to late 20's. The time to start serious commitments and the beginnings of a new life as husband and wife and mother and father.

I would like to share some photos of each of my cousins weddings. Each wedding had its own elegance, divine, charming, and gracefulness.

P&K Wedding
My cousin Pinky and cousin-in-law Kevin were married at a Catholic Church in San Mateo and had their extravagant reception at Sheraton Burlingame which is now the Hilton. They had a whopping 330 guests. Their wedding was pure bliss.
L&K Wedding
My sister Lissie and brother-in-law Kenneth opted for something different. Something that has never been done before in our family (sorry it has been done once but it was a wedding of only 20 people, very intimate. I didn't forget you Aileen hehe)...and I commend them on their courage in doing what they wanted to do without caring of anyones opinion. They had a destination wedding in Hawaii with the company of 65 guests. Their wedding was ultimate paradise and absolutely gorgeous.
K&T Wedding
My cousin Tarzan and cousin-in-law Kristin had a beautiful wedding set in a pier. The ceremony was intimate. It was lovely. My cousin-in-law looked absolutely gorgeous in spite of being 6 months pregnant with their second child.
A&B Wedding
My cousin April and cousin-in-law Beau were married in Seattle at a charming golf course/country club. They had the most epic speeches from their wedding party I have ever heard. I literally could not stop laughing.
P&B Wedding
Although, I could not attend my cousin Pwee and cousin-in-law Bj's gorgeous wedding in New Jersey. If I know my cousin right, her wedding would be nothing less than stunning. Her wedding was absolutely ravishing! Pure glamourous!
I apologize to my other two cousins who also had beautiful weddings (one was married in Embassy Suites in Burlingame and the other had a very intimate wedding in Hawaii). I have no access to your pictures but if your reading this...send them my way and I will be happy to edit my post hehehe =)
And all these pictures were stolen by yours truly thanks to Facebook! Sorry cousins! You love me! lol.

I hope you enjoyed the wonderful wedding eye candy! Can't wait for mine! A month in a half more! Super excited!

20 months

My daughter Natalie is 20 months and has been such a joy to our life. She is finally walking on her own and we couldn't be more pleased how much she's grown to be such a cheerful toddler.  Natalie is full of personality and can talk a storm. She loves to babble! This girl's got spunk! She loves to wear jewelry and hair accessories now without worrying if she is going to pull them off. Believe or not but she loves to walk! Yes, every since this butterfly blossomed from being a caterpillar she has become such an independent little bug! lol. She can't stand to sit in her stroller for more than 15 minutes without wanting to get out. Thought I would never do it...but I might have to use that "leash back-pack" her Auntie Pinky bought her for our baby shower.
Now that she is walking, she thinks she can do anything from getting down from our high bed to going up and down the stairs and chairs. She loves to read books. She loves to dance. She loves Dora. She loves Handy Manny. She loves Toy Story. She loves cookies. She loves fruit snacks. Natalie loves to eat rice. Every time her Daddy comes home from a long day of work...Natalie runs to the door with excitement and greets him with a big hug and kiss. She loves to play at the park. She loves to play with her cousins. She knows how to point out familiar faces in pictures. She loves to draw (I will take a picture of one of her drawings one day and post the picture). We couldn't be more blessed to have our sweet lily pie.
Here are a few photos taken from my phone to show she is no longer my little baby but now a toddler that I have to chase everywhere! lol. (Don't mind the Jordans her Daddy chose the shoes lol)

So far so good

We have 2 months before we're off to paradise....I can't wait to get out of this cold weather and head off to sunny tropical Hawaii! So far so good. I'm finally getting rsvp postcards sent back to me and Ryan. And everyday, I get so excited to see if I received one in the mail! Hehehe =) At first, I wasn't receiving any but after a few reminders I posted on facebook and a text to both our families...with a few still missing we've received majority of them back. Ryan and I decided if we don't get a reply back, we are going to assume you will not be attending. Its just too much of a hassle and a waste of time to chase and call all the people who have not yet sent in their rsvp postcards to ask if they will be attending or not. We've already provided a stamp so all you have to do is check off what is asked of you then mail it.

With 2 months left, there is still so much I have to do. I'm still looking for that one special reception dress and I'm so confused on what shoes I want...I wish I can get my hands on a pair of Christian Louboutins but its just not in our budget to spend $600 on a pair of shoes.  Not to mention, Natalie's dress...Im still looking for that perfect one. My daughter has to look as good as me, even better! She is totally the highlight of our wedding! I just hope she walks down that aisle and not turn in to a runaway flower girl! Hahaha =)

Lo and behold...Ryan and I decided to write our very own vows to each other this time. After being married for 2 years, we thought it would be a nice touch to add a few words of our own to our wedding vows. Soon after agreeing, I thought oh my...why did I suggest this idea. I already felt nervous and anxious to what I'm going to say and especially saying it in front of family?!?! (I don't think I gave it too much thought) I'm not that mushy, lovey-dovey type either nor am I poetic. This will be tough but for Ryan, I'l do anything. Just a note: When I'm nervous I tend to feel nauseated. I hope I don't vomit on the alter. lol.

Here are my #1 priorities on my "Things I need to buy in March" List:
1. Cute H&M dress right? Hope it will work for a reception dress.

2. Aren't these a cute pair of Christian Louboutins? Pretty high huh? Yeah I'd probably fall. lol.
3. I need a one piece bathing suit! Black preferably. I love this one!
4. I need to get Natalie's flower girl dress. I keep changing my mind!
5. I want a cute leather bag. This pink one is so girly and adorable!
6. I need to find some comfortable black dress pants for Ryan.6 Things to buy
